Koncem roku 2008 došlo k uzavření smluv o převodu obchodního podílu mezi společností AXA životní pojišťovna a.s. a dosavadními vlastníky 50% obchodního podílu ve společnosti EF CZ, s.r.o. Každý z prodávajících převedl na společnost AXA obchodní podíl ve výši 25,5%. Na základě uvedeného převodu se společnost AXA životní pojišťovna a.s. stala vlastníkem 51% obchodního podílu společnosti EF CZ. Společnost EF CZ je předním poskytovatelem finančního poradenství v České republice. Vznikla v roce 2003.
