Tři z deseti uživatelů elektrokoloběžek jezdí pod vlivem. Čím dál vice bourají

Více než 28 % respondentů z Česka, kteří využívají elektrokoloběžky, přiznává občasnou jízdu na elektrokoloběžce pod vlivem alkoholu. Vyplývá to z mezinárodního průzkumu, který byl proveden v roce 2023 a který v České republice podpořilo Centrum dopravního průzkumu. V evropských zemích se k jízdě na elektrokoloběžce pod vlivem alkoholu přiznalo 20,8 % respondentů – elektrokoloběžkářů. Analýzou šetřených nehodových dat z roku 2023 se mimo jiné zjistilo, že u 46,5 % viníků nehod na elektrokoloběžkách byla zjištěna přítomnost alkoholu (případně řidič odmítl dechovou zkoušku). Na tento fakt upozorňuje článek „Vliv alkoholu na nehodovost řidičů elektrokoloběžek“, který byl zveřejněn v květnovém vydání Silničního obzoru.
